Before starting this service, we offer a free pre-consultation call. This gives you a chance to learn more about what we offer and helps us determine if we're the right fit to support your goals.
During the initial consultation, we’ll take time to get to know you—what you want to achieve, what you’ve tried before, your current routines, and any new activities you’re interested in pursuing. You’ll also be guided through a movement screening to better understand how your body moves and where we can help improve mobility, stability, or performance.
Your coach, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, will ensure you progress safely and perform each exercise correctly as part of your personalized program. We’ll conclude by reviewing how to navigate the app, where your customized program will be delivered, and how to communicate with your coach through secure messaging.
